  1. What is the quality of the products in your store?
    • Everything in our store is 100% hand selected. We remove faulty and imperfect feather pads, coque feathers, ostrich feathers, biots, and get our hands in everything we sell to make sure that your goods will arrive 100% usable.
    • All of our goods are expertly hand selected for uniformity in color and shape.
    • All of our feathers sold are properly commercially washed.
    • Our products are sorted and hand checked to ensure each one is full bodied, unbroken, and consistent.
    • Our products are stored in a dry, dark and smoke free environment.

  2. Can you tell me about your feathers? Are they cruelty free? Will your feathers pass customs?
    • Our Peacock Feathers and Ostrich Feathers are obtained from cruelty free farms. These feathers have been naturally molted from birds and are not pulled off.
    • Our Duck, Rooster and Goose feathers are obtained from farms that raise these animals for food and sell the feathers so life is not wasted.
    • All feathers in our shop are commercially washed.
    • Our feathers pass all strict international customs requirements. Customers from Africa, Asia, Australia, Europe, India, New Zealand, Russia, Saudi Arabia and other international countries can order with the knowledge that we ship internationally on a daily basis. If your order is stopped at customs, it will only be delayed before it is sent through to you.
  3. How are your goods packaged?
    • The feathers are packed in a waterproof bag, cushioned with soft tissue paper and packed in an appropriately sized box.
    • We do offer cheaper shipping alternatives for smaller orders (manilla envelopes padded with tissue paper) at customer request. Not all orders will qualify for this cheaper alternative.
  4. What are your shipping times?
    • Monday - Friday & Saturday. We do not ship items on Sunday & Holidays.
    • We stop shipping items same day at 4:00 PM PST (California, West Coast USA time).
    • We will ship your order out within 1 - 2 days of receiving payment.
  5. How soon will I receive my order?
    • Standard orders within the USA generally arrive within 3 - 5 business days. International orders to Canada generally arrive in 7 - 15 business days. International orders to everywhere else generally arrive in 10 - 25 business days. International orders may experience delays due to customs. These dates are just the general numbers, the post office does not guarantee delivery times.

  6. I need my order quickly, how can I get Priority or Express Shipping?
    • Our standard shipping Services is USPS first class (3-5 days) and USPS first class international.
    • During checkout, there is an option to rush your order and to upgrade to Priority Mail or Express Mail.

    • We accept PayPal, US Money Orders and all major credit cards.

  9. Do you accept checks and International money orders?
    • At this time we do not accept checks or international money orders.

  10. I provided the wrong address, what can I do?
    • Please ensure your PayPal address is up to date. If you give us the wrong address and your order has already been shipped then you will have to pay for your order again including shipping. We do not always get packages sent back to us so it is extremely vital that your address is up to date.
