Shipping & Returns

Shipping

  • Shipping Dates: Monday - Friday. We do not ship items on Saturday, Sunday & Holidays.
  • Processing Time: The majority of in-stock items will ship within 48 business hours (this excludes weekends and US holidays).
  • Shipping Location: Sacramento, California (USA).
  • Shipping Services: USPS first class (3-5 days) and USPS first class international (1 - 3 weeks) are selected by default. Delivery confirmation is now included with all orders in the USA.
  • Additional Services (available upon request):

  • Custom Orders: Custom orders and handmade designs take time to complete, so please allow an 3-4 extra days (unless a stated otherwise on the item description) after payment is received for your package to be shipped.
  • Tracking Your Package: Shipping delivery confirmation is now provided for all domestic customers. You can take your delivery confirmation number to http://www.usps.com and track your package there. If your order is international and you would like to request for delivery confirmation, you can request for this service before your purchase. Keep in mind that international confirmation can cost upwards of $25. We are not liable for non-confirmed packages that have been lost once we have mailed the package. If your package has not arrived and you are concerned, please contact us.
  • International Packages: will not get package tracking unless paid for and requested by customer. At your request, we can provide the USPS customs form number. This number can be used to check if your item has been held in customs. We will not be able to replace International packages. If you have not received your package and you are an International customer, please contact us. We will provide a shipped receipt number so your local post office can check with customs.
  • Our Responsibility: Once we have successfully delivered the package to the postal service provider and have obtained proof of shipping, the package is no longer our responsibility. If the package is lost, stolen, or damaged during the transit we are not liable. Our default service is through the United State Postal Service (http://www.usps.com). All of our items have proof of shipping and satisfies Paypal regulations.
  • It is the customers responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. If an incorrect address is provided; we cannot guarantee refunds, exchanges, or reshipment. Please verify your shipping address on Paypal before making a purchase. If the addresses does not match we will ship to the paypal address.

 

Returns

  • Please confirm the items you received are what you ordered.
  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 30 days of receipt.
  • We will accept items returned after 30 days on an inspection basis.
  • You may be charged a restock and cleaning fee of 30%.
  • Package the item(s) securely in the original shipping carton, ship the package to the address listed below. We will not accept COD packages. For additional questions, please call 1-916-371-1554.

Exchanges and Refunds

  • Items returned will be refunded at the original purchase price in the original method of payment used on the order.
  • Items returned after 30 days will be processed at the lowest sale price.
  • If replacing your item, regular shipping charges, duty, and taxes will apply.
  • We will not refund shipping and handling charges unless an error occurred by Pegasusmaiden.com in the shipment of your order.
